Bigger, not broken.
Migration and scale is work for a business that has outgrown its setup. The site moves platform, adds a market or opens in new languages while the current one keeps selling. The risk sits in the details: redirects, locales, metafields, legacy domains. So we move one market at a time and check each one before the next begins.

Migration and scale, answered.
A few things worth discussing before your migration takes shape.
How do you migrate a multi-market website one country at a time?
Migrate a multi-market website in stages: lock the evidence, move one market, check it, then start the next. Each country domain gets its own redirect map, hreflang review and Search Console checks. Legacy domains and redirects stay in place long after launch, because old backlinks keep sending visitors for years.
How long does a Shopify migration take for several markets?
The first market takes longest because it settles the theme, the metafields and the checks. Later markets reuse that work and move faster, although local content, currencies and domains still need their own review.
What breaks when you add languages to a Webflow site?
Adding languages to a Webflow site mostly breaks in the gaps between locales. Webflow does not keep draft and archive states in sync across locales, so a page can sit live and empty in one language. Links inside rich text and form labels also differ per locale, so we check every locale before and after launch.
When is a headless Shopify storefront worth the migration?
A headless Shopify storefront is worth the migration when a theme blocks what you sell or how fast you sell it: custom shopping flows, multi-market speed or member portals. Before moving, set a performance budget for cached pages, Core Web Vitals and script size, then hold the new build to it.
