The problem

Guessing is expensive.

Teams redesign what they think is wrong. Visitors drop out somewhere else. Without evidence, a new interface can look better and convert worse. UX design starts with where people actually hesitate, in analytics, recordings and interviews, then changes the flow as well as the look, and tests it with users before development.

What you get

UI and UX design, evidence first.

Research, flows and interface design in one team, so findings turn into screens without a handover.

Find the friction

Analytics, session recordings and heatmaps show where people hesitate, backtrack or leave, and which journeys cost you most.

Talk to real users

Interviews and task-based tests with your customers, so decisions rest on what people do, not what stakeholders assume.

Redraw the flows

User flows and information architecture for sign-up, checkout, booking or enquiry, simplified step by step.

Prototype before building

Clickable Figma prototypes of the new journeys, detailed enough to test and cheap to change.

Design the interface

UI design and a component library on your brand, covering every state: empty, loading, error and success.

Test, then hand over

Usability tests on the prototype, fixes made, then annotated designs developers can build from.

What changes for your users.

Good UX shows up as fewer abandoned forms and fewer questions to support.

From research to build.

We measure with your analytics and build the result on your platform.

UX design questions, answered.

A few things worth discussing before your UX project takes shape.

What do UX design services include?

UX design services improve how people move through a website or product. At Stega that includes analytics and recording reviews, user interviews, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, UI design and usability testing, finishing with designs your developers can build.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design decides how a journey works: the steps, structure and information a person needs. UI design decides how each screen looks and behaves: layout, type, colour and components. A UI UX design agency does both, so the flow and the interface are designed together.

How much do UX design services cost?

Cost depends on how much user research is needed, the number of flows and whether we also design the full interface. We scope after a short review call.

How long does a UX design project take?

Recruiting research participants is often the longest part. Larger products with many flows are split into phases, so improvements ship while the next journey is being researched.

Do we need user research for UX design?

UX design without user research relies on assumptions, which works for obvious fixes and fails on the decisions that matter. A handful of interviews or task tests usually reveals the main problems. We size the research to the decision, not to a fixed method.

When should you hire a UX design agency?

Hire a UX design agency when a key journey underperforms and nobody knows why, before a big redesign, or when you have no designer. If you only need visual polish on a flow that already works, a UI designer is enough.
