Export the events
GA4, PostHog, Segment and ad platform data exported to cloud storage or ingested directly, landing in Delta tables with stable schemas.
Databricks integration that brings website, product analytics and marketing data into your lakehouse, joined to the customers already there.
Selected work, in motion.
The digital experiences that connect to a wider business system. Most lakehouses know orders and accounts well, and know little about what happened on the website before them.
What's included
We connect the tools your marketing and product teams run to the Databricks workspace your data team owns.
GA4, PostHog, Segment and ad platform data exported to cloud storage or ingested directly, landing in Delta tables with stable schemas.
Anonymous IDs, emails, user IDs and CRM IDs joined into one identity table, with rules for merges and conflicts written down.
Event names, properties and types agreed between the web and data teams, with checks that flag breaking changes before they ship.
Audiences and scores synced back to your CRM or ad platforms through reverse ETL, so the lakehouse drives action as well as reports.
Security, by consideration.
For your Databricks project, we consider data sources, workspace permissions, pipelines and downstream consumers as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
The integration works when the web team and the data team agree on the contract.
Events, identities and ownership agreed with web, marketing and data teams.
Exports, ingestion and identity tables built and tested against the contract.
Segments synced back out and freshness monitored on every feed.
Trusted across our practice
Independent reviews. Long-term working relationships.

“Stega Creative team not only understood our needs and vision for the websites, but they also came up with improvements.”
A few things worth discussing before your Databricks integration takes shape.
Anonymous website visitors are matched to customers in Databricks through an identity table that links cookie IDs, user IDs, emails and CRM IDs. Links are created when a visitor signs up, logs in or submits a form. We document merge rules, so one person is never counted as two or two as one.
PostHog can send data to Databricks through batch exports to cloud storage such as S3, which Databricks then ingests with Auto Loader. We set up the export, the ingestion and a clean events table, so product analytics data sits beside orders and accounts in the lakehouse.
A data contract in a Databricks integration is an agreement on what each event or table contains: names, fields, types and owners. Contracts stop a website change from silently breaking pipelines. We write them with both teams and add automated checks that run against every release.
Cost depends on the number of sources, how complex identity matching is and whether data flows back out to other tools. Your Databricks compute is billed separately by Databricks, and we estimate it during scoping.
Your ambition. Our collective craft.
Strategy, design and technology, working as one.
