Spreadsheets between systems?

When a store grows, the hard work moves from the storefront to the systems around it.

What's included

Every system, one store.

We start with the data your team relies on, then choose apps, middleware or custom code to move it.

Connect CRM and email

Customers, orders and product events sent to Klaviyo, HubSpot or Salesforce, so segments and flows run on complete purchase history.

Automate operational workflows

Orders, inventory and fulfilment synced with your ERP, 3PL or warehouse system, with Shopify Flow or a custom app for the rules in between.

Map data and events

One event taxonomy for storefront, checkout and back office, sent to GA4, PostHog or ad platforms, so every tool counts each order once.

Alert on failed syncs

Webhook retries, error logs and alerts for each integration, so a failed order sync is caught before a customer calls about it.

Event map table: event name, trigger, properties and destinations, from product viewed to order fulfilled.

Security, by consideration.

Built to earn their trust.

For your Shopify project, we consider customer records, staff access, storefront apps and the systems behind checkout as part of one connected build.

Changes you can trace.

GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.

Protected in transit.

Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.

Intelligence with limits.

Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.

Orders in step, everywhere.

Every integration ends with a reconciliation, not a hopeful launch.

Shopify integration questions.

A few things worth discussing before your Shopify integrations takes shape.

How do you integrate Shopify with an ERP?

Shopify integrates with an ERP through a connector app, middleware such as Celigo, or a custom app built on the Admin API and webhooks. We choose based on order volume and how customised your ERP is. Either way, one system owns each record and every failure raises an alert.

Should we use a Shopify app or a custom integration?

Use a Shopify app when one exists for your tool and it handles your data correctly. Build a custom integration when apps cannot map your fields, cost too much at your volume or hide failures. Many stores run both: apps for standard tools, custom code for the ERP.

Can Shopify send order data to HubSpot or Salesforce?

Shopify sends order and customer data to HubSpot through HubSpot's Shopify app, and to Salesforce through a connector or custom integration. We map which order fields become deals, properties or custom objects, so sales and service see purchase history next to every conversation.

How long does a Shopify integration take?

App-based connections to email or CRM are faster. ERP and warehouse syncs take longer because stock, returns and partial shipments all need testing before a live order goes through.
