Changes you can trace.
GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
We design and build Astro websites that ship almost no JavaScript by default, with a headless CMS your editors can use.
Selected work, in motion.
Astro builds, from content model to launch. Why Astro
Most websites get slower with every feature added. Astro turns that around: pages render to plain HTML, and JavaScript loads only for the parts that need it, like a pricing calculator or a product demo. You keep full design freedom, the CMS of your choice and hosting on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare.
Astro services
Build new, move across, connect a CMS or make an existing Astro site faster.
A component system and page templates designed around your content, with interactive islands only where visitors need them.
Content, routes and redirects carried across from WordPress, Gatsby or Next.js, with search entry points checked after launch.
Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful or another headless CMS connected with live previews, so publishing never waits on a developer.
Core Web Vitals measured on real pages, then images, fonts and scripts tuned against an agreed budget.
Astro is a developer's framework. That is its strength and its limit.
Astro and Webflow often work together: Webflow for campaign pages, Astro where custom code earns its place.
Astro is the front end. We connect the content, data and commerce around it.
Every ecosystem, five ways in
Security, by consideration.
For your Astro project, we consider deployment access, server endpoints, dependencies and connected services as part of one connected build.

Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
We model your content before we design a page, so the build fits what you publish.
We map your pages, content types and interactions, then choose the CMS and host with you.
Key pages and the component library, with every interactive island marked out.
Astro build, CMS integration, previews and redirects, all tested on staging.

A few things worth discussing before your Astro project takes shape.
Astro web development means building websites with Astro, an open-source framework that renders pages to static HTML and loads JavaScript only where needed. Stega uses Astro for content-led marketing sites that need speed, custom design and a headless CMS.
The final cost depends on the number of templates, the CMS integration, interactive features and whether we migrate content. Hosting is billed by your provider separately. You get a fixed quote after scoping.
For most content-led marketing websites, Astro is the better fit because it ships less JavaScript and keeps pages simple. Next.js suits app-like sites with heavy client-side logic and logged-in areas. Astro can still use React components wherever you need them.
Marketers can edit Astro website content through a headless CMS such as Sanity, Storyblok or Contentful, changing text, images and entries freely. New layouts or components need a developer, which is why teams that rebuild pages weekly often pair Astro with Webflow.
The best headless CMS for Astro depends on your editors. Sanity and Storyblok suit teams that want visual previews and flexible content, while Contentful fits larger content operations. We compare them against your workflow in discovery and set up previews either way.
Astro websites are usually hosted on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare, which serve pages from a global edge network. Stega sets up hosting, preview deployments and automatic rebuilds when content changes. You own the hosting account, so there is no lock-in to us.
