Map the catalogue
Products, variants, options, metafields, images and collections mapped to Shopify's model, with a workaround planned wherever your catalogue hits Shopify's option or variant limits.
Shopify migration services for stores on WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or a custom platform. Products, customers, orders and URLs, all accounted for.

What's included
The catalogue, the customers and the search footprint are three migrations that must land on the same day.
Products, variants, options, metafields, images and collections mapped to Shopify's model, with a workaround planned wherever your catalogue hits Shopify's option or variant limits.
Each product, collection, category and blog URL gets a Shopify redirect, checked against your crawl and your top pages in Search Console.
Customer records, addresses, tags and order history imported through the Admin API or a migration app, then reconciled against the old platform's totals.
Test orders placed for every payment method, shipping zone, tax rule and discount type, then traced through fulfilment before launch.
Security, by consideration.
For your Shopify project, we consider customer records, staff access, storefront apps and the systems behind checkout as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
We run the full import at least once before launch day, so the real one holds no surprises.
Crawl, catalogue export and data audit, turned into a mapping you approve.
Full import to a Shopify development store, checked against source counts.
Final delta import, DNS switch, redirects live and daily checks after launch.

A few things worth discussing before your Shopify migration takes shape.
Customer passwords cannot be migrated to Shopify, because no platform exports them in a usable form. Customer accounts, addresses and order history do move. We plan an account activation email, or use Shopify's passwordless customer accounts, so returning customers can sign in without friction.
Order history can be imported into Shopify through the Admin API or a migration app, with line items, totals and dates preserved. Imported orders are records only: they do not trigger emails, payments or fulfilment. We reconcile order counts and revenue against the old platform before launch.
Catalogue complexity drives most of it: variant structures, custom fields, bundles and B2B price lists take longer to map than a simple product list. Adding a redesign or a Hydrogen storefront extends the timeline.
Shopify redirects are managed as URL redirects in the admin or imported in bulk from a CSV. Shopify forces its own URL structure, such as /products/ and /collections/, so most old URLs change and each one needs a redirect. We import them before launch and test every one.
