Changes you can trace.
GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
We plan, install and validate PostHog tracking, then build the funnels and experiments that answer your product and growth questions.
Selected work, in motion.
Websites and products, measured with PostHog.Why PostHog
PostHog puts product analytics, session replay, feature flags and experiments in one tool. The hard part is what goes in. Without an agreed event taxonomy, you collect thousands of events and still cannot answer a simple question. We start from the decisions your team needs to make and track only what serves them.
PostHog services
Five services, from the first event to the experiment that settles an argument.
Event instrumentation, feature flags and experiments written into your codebase and reviewed with your engineers.
An event taxonomy, installation and validation, so every event means the same thing to everyone who reads it.
Funnels, cohorts and dashboards built around the decisions your product and growth teams make each week.
Hypotheses, feature flags and exposure tracking set up so each experiment ends in a clear call.
Website, product and CRM events joined with identity rules and consent built in from the start.
PostHog suits teams who want to own their product data. It is not the answer to every analytics question.
We also run Optimizely programmes and Databricks pipelines, so PostHog is a recommendation, not a default.
PostHog is most useful when it sees the whole journey. We connect the sources.
Every ecosystem, five ways in
Security, by consideration.
For your PostHog project, we consider event collection, personal data, workspace access and ingestion endpoints as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
We agree what you need to know before a single event is tracked.
We audit existing tracking and write down the questions your team needs answered.
Event names, properties, identity rules and funnel steps agreed with product and engineering.
We implement tracking, test it against real journeys and fix gaps before anyone reads a chart.
We read the first results with you and turn them into the next experiments.

“We’ve been working with Stega & Gabriel for the last two years. Cannot recommend them enough. They’re responsive, professional & an asset.”
“Stega Creative team not only understood our needs and vision for the websites, but they also came up with improvements.”
“After a website (re)launch, they are also always accessible and happy to help. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a new and more stable website in Webflow, to work with Stega!”
A few things worth discussing before your PostHog project takes shape.
Installing PostHog takes minutes, but data you can trust takes a plan. A PostHog agency defines the event taxonomy, identity rules and consent handling, then validates every event. Teams that skip this step usually end up with duplicate events and funnels nobody believes.
The price depends on how many platforms you track, the number of events and funnels, and whether experiments or data pipelines are included. PostHog's own usage fees are separate and billed by PostHog.
Larger products across several platforms take longer. You get a working funnel early and a validated tracking plan by the end.
PostHog is better than Google Analytics 4 for product analytics: user-level funnels, session replay, feature flags and experiments in one tool. GA4 remains stronger for ad attribution and Google Ads reporting. Many teams run both, with PostHog for product decisions.
PostHog can be run in a GDPR-compliant way, with EU cloud hosting, cookieless tracking options and consent-aware configuration. Compliance depends on your setup as much as the tool. Stega builds tracking around your consent banner and documents what is collected and why.
PostHog can run A/B tests on Webflow and Shopify sites using feature flags and its experiments feature. Stega adds the snippet, defines exposure and goal events and checks how each variant renders. Results then sit next to your funnels in the same tool.
