Same user. Five versions.

When PostHog sits apart from the rest of the stack, each tool tells a different story about the same customer.

What's included

Connected both ways.

Data flows out of PostHog to the tools that act on it, and back in from the systems that hold the truth.

Build event pipelines

PostHog destinations and webhooks send chosen events to your CRM, Slack or ad platforms, with transformations that drop what does not belong.

Map every identity

Anonymous IDs, user IDs and company groups joined across site, app and backend, so one person is one profile everywhere.

Respect consent in every flow

Capture and each destination follow the visitor's consent choice, so opting out in the banner actually stops the data.

Export to your warehouse

Batch exports to BigQuery, Snowflake or S3, with CRM and billing data synced back into PostHog as warehouse sources.

Security, by consideration.

Trust is part of the build.

For your PostHog project, we consider event collection, personal data, workspace access and ingestion endpoints as part of one connected build.

Changes you can trace.

GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.

Protected in transit.

Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.

Intelligence with limits.

Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.

Map. Connect. Reconcile.

Every integration ends with the numbers in both tools agreeing.

PostHog integration questions.

A few things worth discussing before your PostHog integrations takes shape.

Can PostHog send events to HubSpot?

PostHog can send events to HubSpot through its destinations, updating contacts when a user does something that matters to sales. We choose the few events worth sending, map them to HubSpot properties and match people by email, so records do not duplicate.

How do we export PostHog data to BigQuery?

PostHog exports data to BigQuery through batch exports that run on a schedule, hourly or daily. We create the dataset, service account and table, set up the export and check that row counts match PostHog. Exports to Snowflake, S3, Postgres and Redshift follow the same pattern.

Can PostHog destinations send data only for consenting visitors?

PostHog destinations can send data only for consenting visitors when capture and every destination follow the visitor's choice. We use PostHog's EU hosting where it fits, connect PostHog to your consent banner and make sure destinations only receive data from visitors who agreed. Your legal team still decides the lawful basis.

How much does a PostHog integration project cost?

Cost depends on the number of destinations and sources, how tangled the identity picture is and whether a warehouse is involved. A single CRM connection is small. A full setup with exports and reverse syncs is a larger project.
