A stable Webflow site for a complex after-sales platform.
ClearOps sells to manufacturers and their dealers, and the product covers parts planning, service and machine data. We relaunched the website in Webflow and kept supporting the marketing team after it went live.

The problem
A complex product needed a site the team could rely on.
ClearOps has several solutions and two audiences, OEMs and the dealers who sell and service their machines. The team wanted a new website that was more stable than the old one, and a partner who stays reachable once the launch is over. The site also had to move visitors toward one action: booking a demo.
- Several solutions and two audiences to explain on one site.
- A website the team wanted to be more stable.
- Marketing changes that would keep coming after launch.
The solution
A clear structure in Webflow, and a team that stays after launch.
We organised the site around who ClearOps serves and what each solution does, then built it in Webflow from reusable components. After launch we stayed on, so the marketing team has someone to call when a page, a form or an announcement needs to change.

Our intervention
What we took on.
The relaunch covered structure, design, build and the months after go-live.
- 01
Site structure
Navigation built around solutions, customers, partners, resources and company, with a demo request reachable from every page.
- 02
Webflow build
The site rebuilt in Webflow from shared components, so new pages reuse the same parts.
- 03
Resources hub
CMS collections for the blog, newsroom, events, media kit and whitepapers, all managed by the marketing team.
- 04
Post-launch support
Ongoing help with pages, content and fixes once the site was live.

The Stega fix
Explain the network, then make the next step obvious.
After-sales software is hard to picture from a feature list. We built the site around the relationships the product connects.
Lead with the network
The site explains how OEMs, dealers and machines connect before it lists features.
Proof beside the claims
Customer logos and case studies sit next to the claims they support.
Stay reachable
Support started on launch day and has continued since.
Stega initiatives
What comes next.
Support continues, and we are looking at where the site can bring in more qualified demos.
Ongoing support
We keep handling page updates, announcements and fixes for the marketing team.
Demo flow
Next we propose a review of the demo request page and form, to cut friction for qualified buyers.
Search visibility
We are preparing a Search Console review of the resources hub, so articles and reports reach the people searching for them.
Toolstack
The tools behind it.
- WebflowThe website, its components and the resources CMS.
- FigmaPage layouts and components designed before build.
- Google Search ConsoleIndex checks after the relaunch and for the resources hub.
- Google AnalyticsShows which pages lead visitors to a demo request.
