Set a performance baseline
Real-user data and scripted tests for your key journeys, from category filtering to checkout, on the devices and networks your buyers use.
Adobe Commerce performance optimisation that starts with a measured baseline and ends with faster category, product and checkout pages.

What's included
We work on the storefront layer, where most slowdowns start, and bring in your hosting team where the cause sits deeper.
Real-user data and scripted tests for your key journeys, from category filtering to checkout, on the devices and networks your buyers use.
Images, fonts, CSS and JavaScript reduced and deferred per template, with Hyvä or theme-level fixes where the current theme is the bottleneck.
Scripted journeys rerun after each change, so improvements are proven on the paths that matter and regressions are caught early.
Slow queries, cache misses and indexer issues identified from the front end and handed to your hosting or back-end team with evidence.
Security, by consideration.
For your Adobe Commerce project, we consider customer data, admin permissions, extensions and commerce integrations as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
Every change is judged against the same scripted journeys.
Real-user data and scripted journeys measured on key templates.
Front-end fixes shipped in order of impact, server causes escalated with evidence.
Journeys rerun and compared against the baseline.

A few things worth discussing before your Adobe Commerce performance takes shape.
An Adobe Commerce store is usually slow because of heavy theme JavaScript, unoptimised images, uncached pages or slow database queries from extensions. Full-page caching with Varnish helps only when pages are actually cacheable. A journey-based audit shows whether the cause sits in the front end or the server.
Hyvä usually makes an Adobe Commerce storefront faster, because it replaces the Luma theme's heavy JavaScript with a much lighter stack. Hyvä needs compatible extensions and a theme rebuild. For some stores, fixing the current theme gets most of the gain for less cost.
Stega optimises the Adobe Commerce front end and identifies server-side causes, but hosting and infrastructure tuning belong to your hosting provider or back-end team. We hand them specific evidence, such as slow requests, cache misses and queries, so fixes are targeted rather than guessed.
The audit covers real-user data, scripted journeys and a ranked list of front-end and server findings. Fixes are priced separately once you have decided which to act on.
