Every Clearlight market on one Shopify system.
Clearlight's markets had grown into separate sites on different setups. We moved them to Shopify one market at a time. Every launch came with mapped redirects and enquiry tracking from the first click.

- Shopify theme build, Platform migration, SEO recovery, Consent and analytics, Hero film
- Built to drive
- More enquiries.

The problem
Every market ran its own site, and none of them talked to each other.
Each Clearlight market was built at a different time, mostly on Webflow. Each had its own templates, its own tracking and its own way of handling enquiries. Changing a price, a product or a campaign meant doing it several times. Years of organic rankings sat on URLs that a careless migration would break overnight.
- Separate sites per market, each with its own templates and content.
- Search traffic tied to old URLs that had to survive the move.
- Enquiries tracked differently in every market, so nobody could compare them.
The solution
One Shopify theme, rolled out market by market.
We built a single Shopify theme that every market shares, with local language, prices and offers layered on top. Each market moved only after its URLs, redirects and tracking were mapped and tested, so the switch was invisible to customers and to Google.

Our intervention
What we took on.
The work ran as a sequence of market launches, each one using what the previous launch taught us.
- 01
Migration inventory
Before any DNS change we listed every URL each market had ranked or been linked on. Sources: sitemaps, the Wayback Machine, backlinks and Search Console.
- 02
Shared Shopify theme
One theme for every market, with sections the team can rearrange and local content managed per market instead of per site.
- 03
Redirects and SEO recovery
Redirect maps checked path by path, hreflang between markets and a watch on rankings after each launch.
- 04
Consent and measurement
Our own consent banner, opt-in for the EU and opt-out where the law allows, feeding one analytics setup across every market.

The Stega fix
Launch one market, learn, then launch the next.
A big-bang migration of five markets is how brands lose a year of search traffic. We treated every launch as a rehearsal for the next one.
A written lessons file
Every mistake from a launch went into a checklist. The next market had to pass it before going live.
Verify in the admin, then touch DNS
Domains, markets and redirects were checked in Shopify itself before a single DNS record moved, with rollback values written down first.
One funnel to read
Landing page, enquiry and order are tracked the same way in every market. A UK campaign can be read next to a German one.
Stega initiatives
What we keep improving.
After launch the work moved from migration to growth. Some of it is live, some is next.
Campaign pages
Seasonal and offer pages built from the same theme sections, ready in days rather than weeks.
Lead scoring
Next we are proposing a fit and engagement model in HubSpot, so sales calls go first to the people most likely to buy.
Showroom experience
We are preparing an interactive showroom view, so visitors can look around a Clearlight space before they book a visit.
