Changes you can trace.
GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
We plan, build and read Optimizely experiments and personalised journeys on your website, so every test answers a real business question.
Selected work, in motion.
The websites we test, build and improve.Where we fit
Experimentation programmes stall for familiar reasons: tests nobody can build quickly, results nobody trusts and winners that never ship. We sit between your ideas and your site. We write the hypothesis, build variants in Optimizely Web or Feature Experimentation, check the tracking and turn results into changes that go live.
Optimizely services
Five services covering the programme, the code and the data behind it.
SDK integration and server-side experiments for changes a visual editor cannot handle.
A prioritised hypothesis backlog, experiment builds and results reviews that end with a ship or stop decision.
Installation, audiences, events and tracking validated before your first test goes live.
Audience-specific content on the pages where context changes what visitors need to see.
Experiment exposure linked to your analytics, CRM and release workflow, so every team reads the same result.
Optimizely is an enterprise tool. It pays off when you have the traffic and the team to use it.
We also run experiments in PostHog, which often suits smaller and product-led teams better.
An experiment is only as good as the data around it. We connect Optimizely to the rest of your stack.
Every ecosystem, five ways in
Security, by consideration.
For your Optimizely project, we consider publishing access, experiments, audience data and connected services as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
Every experiment runs through the same four steps, and each one ends in a call.
We review analytics, research and past tests to build a backlog ranked by value and effort.
Variants, audiences, primary metric, sample size and stop rules agreed before any build.
We build the variants, then confirm visitors see what they should and events reach your analytics.
We read the result with you, ship the winner and record what the test taught you.
Trusted across our practice
Independent reviews. Long-term working relationships.
“Stega Creative team not only understood our needs and vision for the websites, but they also came up with improvements.”
“We’ve been working with Stega & Gabriel for the last two years. Cannot recommend them enough. They’re responsive, professional & an asset.”
“After a website (re)launch, they are also always accessible and happy to help. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a new and more stable website in Webflow, to work with Stega!”
A few things worth discussing before your Optimizely project takes shape.
An Optimizely agency plans, builds and analyses experiments and personalisation in Optimizely. Stega writes hypotheses, builds variants in Optimizely Web or Feature Experimentation, validates tracking and turns results into site changes. Our focus is experimentation, not Optimizely CMS builds.
The cost depends on how many experiments you run, whether they are client-side or server-side, and how much analysis you need. Optimizely licences are billed separately by Optimizely.
Later tests move faster because the tracking and audiences already exist. Each experiment then runs until it reaches its planned sample size.
Optimizely A/B testing needs enough conversions per variant to detect the change you care about within a few weeks. Low-traffic pages produce inconclusive results. We calculate sample sizes before building anything, so you know whether a test is worth running.
Optimizely is worth it when several teams run many tests and need governance, server-side experiments and enterprise support. Smaller teams often get similar answers from PostHog or VWO at a lower cost. We recommend the tool that matches your traffic and your team.
Client-side Optimizely testing adds a script that can delay rendering and cause flicker if it is set up carelessly. We load the snippet correctly, keep experiment code lean and move heavy tests server-side with Feature Experimentation. Page speed is checked before and after launch.
Your ambition. Our collective craft.
Strategy, design and technology, working as one.
