A growth system that turns campaign ideas into live, measured pages.
Superpower's growth team moves fast. We gave it reusable campaign pages, a visual quiz builder and a testing setup that records what every visitor saw, all aimed at one number: more people signing up.

The problem
Every new campaign needed its own page, and every page needed a developer.
Superpower runs two web presences: the Webflow marketing site and a coded landing page builder. New health topics, partner offers and price changes arrive constantly. The biomarker catalogue changes with panels, states and pricing, and it has to read the same everywhere. Tests ran, but a result is only useful if everyone agrees on what each visitor actually saw.
- Two web presences, Webflow and a coded builder, that had to stay consistent.
- A biomarker catalogue that shifts with panels, states and pricing.
- Experiments that needed clean measurement before anyone trusted a winner.
The solution
Shared components, one source of data, every variant recorded.
We treat each launch as assembly work. Campaign pages come from the site's own components, quizzes come from a visual builder, and biomarker data syncs into Webflow from a single source. Every test variant is logged in PostHog, so the team reads results against sign-up starts instead of arguing about them.

Our intervention
What we took on.
Four workstreams run side by side, next to a Webflow careers page with live roles and our own cookie consent script.
- 01
Campaign landing pages
Webflow pages for new health topics and offers, including hair loss pages for men and women, a gifted health check and a GLP-1 waitlist, built from shared components.
- 02
Quiz builder
A graph editor where the team designs quiz flows, and a runtime that renders them in the Superpower brand. The weight-loss quiz was built in it.
- 03
Biomarker catalogue sync
The biomarker list syncs from one source of truth into the Webflow CMS, with state-aware filters and redirects for every retired URL.
- 04
Experiments and measurement
Webflow Optimize splits traffic between variants and PostHog records which hero each person saw, measured against sign-up starts.

The Stega fix
Build the system once, then launch from it.
A growth team that launches this often can't wait for a rebuild each time. We put the effort into parts that get reused, so the next campaign costs less than the last one.
Fix it in the component
When an offer link went stale, we changed it in the component defaults once instead of editing every page that used it.
One source for health data
Biomarker names, panels and state rules come from a single source, so the website never disagrees with the lab menu.
Only run tests you can read
Webflow Optimize assigns the variant and PostHog records what the visitor actually saw, so a test ends with an answer the team trusts.
Stega initiatives
What we keep improving.
The growth work does not stop at launch, so neither do we.
Campaign attribution
A small script carries UTM tags and ad click IDs from landing pages into checkout, so paid campaigns get credit for the sign-ups they drive.
Offer consistency
We keep an inventory of which pages carry which offer, so a price change lands on Webflow, landing pages and checkout together.
Biomarkers page
We are redesigning the biomarkers page so visitors can explore what each panel covers before they join.
Toolstack
The tools behind it.
- WebflowThe marketing site, campaign pages and the biomarker CMS.
- VercelHosts the coded landing page builder and the quizzes.
- ReactPowers the quiz builder's graph editor and its runtime.
- PostHogRecords which variant each visitor saw and whether they started signing up.
- Google Tag ManagerMarketing tags, scoped to the pages that need them.
- FigmaPage and component designs reviewed before build.
