Salesforce out of reach?

Your Salesforce org holds the truth. Your website and product often cannot reach it safely.

What's included

Connected, carefully.

We work at the edge of your org: the code that joins Salesforce to your website and product, not the org design itself.

Build custom CRM connections

REST and Bulk API integrations between Salesforce and your website, product or data warehouse, running as a dedicated integration user with scoped permissions.

Write Apex integration logic

Apex classes and triggers where logic must live inside Salesforce, such as inbound record handling, with tests that meet deployment coverage rules.

Validate every record

Required fields, duplicates and picklist values checked before each write, with rejected records logged for review instead of silently dropped.

Release and hand over

Sandbox testing, deployment through your release process, and documentation your Salesforce admin and developers can maintain.

Integration log: records sent, accepted, rejected with a reason and retried, over one week.

Security, by consideration.

Trust is part of the build.

For your Salesforce project, we consider customer records, permission sets, automation and external integrations as part of one connected build.

Connected systems. Considered safeguards.

Changes you can trace.

GitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.

Protected in transit.

Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.

Intelligence with limits.

Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.

Sandbox first. Always.

Nothing we build touches production before it passes in a sandbox with your admin watching.

Salesforce API integration questions.

A few things worth discussing before your Salesforce integration takes shape.

Who owns the Salesforce integration code after launch?

Your team owns the Salesforce integration code after launch. Apex lives in your org, external services live in your repository or cloud account, and we hand over documentation and a walkthrough. Your Salesforce admin or developers can then maintain it, or we stay on for support.

Which Salesforce API should a website integration use?

Most website integrations use the Salesforce REST API for single records such as leads and cases. The Bulk API suits large scheduled syncs, and Platform Events or Change Data Capture suit real-time updates out of Salesforce. We choose the Salesforce API per data flow, not per project.

Do Salesforce integrations need Apex code?

Many Salesforce integrations need no Apex code, because the REST API and Flow handle record creation and simple logic. Apex is worth writing when inbound data needs complex handling inside Salesforce. Any Apex we write ships with tests that meet Salesforce's coverage rules.

How much does Salesforce Apex development cost?

Apex costs more than a pure API connection because it needs test classes and a release through your org's deployment process. Where Flow or the REST API can do the job, we recommend that instead.
