Audit your data
What you know about customers across CRM, commerce and analytics, how reliable it is and what consent covers.

We turn your customer data into a small set of segments your marketing, sales and website can actually use.
The problem
Most teams already have the data to tell customers apart: what they bought, how they arrived, what they read. It sits in the CRM, the store and analytics, unused, while everyone gets the same message. Audience segmentation turns that data into a handful of groups with clear rules, then puts them to work in email, ads and on the site.
What you get
From data audit to the first campaigns, so segments change what your team does.
What you know about customers across CRM, commerce and analytics, how reliable it is and what consent covers.
Needs, behaviour and value that genuinely separate customers, from data analysis and a few customer interviews.
A small set of segments with written rules, sizes and owners, so everyone means the same thing.
Segments created as lists, properties or audiences in your CRM, email platform and ad accounts.
Messages, offers and journeys for each segment, from email flows to website content.
Reports that compare segments over time, so you see which groups grow and which messages work.
Segments are only worth the decisions they change.
We build segments where your team already works, and keep them in sync.
Every ecosystem, five ways in
Small, clear and in use within the project, not after it.
Data sources, quality and consent reviewed, with the decisions segmentation should inform.
Behaviour and value analysis plus customer interviews to find groups that really differ.
Segment rules, sizes and owners agreed, with the message and journey for each.
Segments built in your tools and the first campaigns or journeys launched and measured.

A few things worth discussing before your segmentation takes shape.
Audience segmentation divides customers or prospects into groups that share needs, behaviour or value, so each group gets more relevant messages and experiences. Good segments have clear rules, are large enough to act on and change what your team actually does.
Customer segmentation groups people who already buy from you, using purchase and account data. Audience segmentation is wider and includes prospects, using signals like source, behaviour and company data. Most segmentation projects cover both, because the same message logic runs across them.
Most teams should start with 3 to 6 audience segments. Fewer than 3 rarely changes anything, and more than 6 creates content nobody has time to write. Add segments only when the data shows a group behaving differently enough to deserve its own message.
Cost depends on how many data sources are involved, how clean they are and whether we also build the segments and first campaigns in your tools.
Audience segmentation needs whatever reliably tells customers apart: CRM fields, purchase history, website behaviour, campaign source or survey answers. You rarely need new data at the start. We audit what exists, check consent and add collection points only where a gap blocks a decision.
Audience segmentation on a website shows each segment the proof, offer or path that fits it, through personalization rules, dedicated landing pages or navigation. Segmentation defines the groups. Our website personalization service builds and tests what each group sees.
