What's included
Medusa's providers, events and workflows give integrations a proper home. We use them instead of scattered scripts.
Stripe, Adyen, PayPal or regional methods connected as Medusa payment providers, covering authorisation, capture, refunds and failed payments.
Workflows that send orders to your warehouse or 3PL, record shipments and update customers, with each step able to roll back cleanly.
Products, prices and stock synced with your ERP or PIM through scheduled jobs and subscribers, with one system owning each field.
Logging, alerts and retry handling for each integration, so a failed call becomes a notification instead of a lost order.
Security, by consideration.
For your Medusa project, we consider storefront APIs, backend services, payment connections and operational access as part of one connected build.
See our approachGitHub workflows, peer review and dependency checks bring decisions into the release process.
Certificate configuration, HTTPS and secure headers help protect the path between your users and your systems.
Scoped tool access, validated inputs and human approval where automated actions carry consequences.
We connect, test and monitor each integration before starting the next.
Every system, the data it owns and the Medusa events that should trigger it.
Providers, workflows and jobs built, then tested with real and deliberately failed transactions.
Alerts live, runbooks written and your team trained on what to do when a call fails.

A few things worth discussing before your Medusa.js integrations takes shape.
Medusa.js supports Stripe through an official payment provider that handles cards, wallets and other Stripe methods. We configure it per region, handle webhooks for delayed payments and refunds, and test edge cases such as failed captures, which cause support tickets when left alone.
Medusa.js connects to an ERP through custom integration code, usually a module plus workflows, subscribers and scheduled jobs. Orders flow to the ERP when placed, while stock and prices flow back on a schedule. We agree which system owns each field first, which prevents most sync conflicts.
When a Medusa integration fails mid-order, a well-built workflow retries the step or rolls back the steps before it. Medusa workflows support compensation functions for exactly this. We add alerts and a retry queue on top, so failures reach your team before they reach a customer.
Payment providers with official Medusa support are quicker to set up. Custom ERP, PIM or 3PL connections cost more, depending on the quality of the other system's API. We scope each integration after reading its documentation.
