Agree the questions
The budget decisions reporting must support, and the metrics and definitions everyone signs off first.

We connect ad platforms, analytics and your CRM into one reporting view, with every assumption written down and every gap marked.
The problem
Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn each take credit for the same customer. Add them up and you sold twice what you did. Meanwhile the CRM knows which leads closed but not where they came from. Attribution will never be perfect. It can be consistent, written down and good enough to move budget with confidence.
What you get
Built around the budget decisions you need to make, with the limits of the data in plain view.
The budget decisions reporting must support, and the metrics and definitions everyone signs off first.
Ad platforms, analytics and CRM data joined on consistent campaign, source and contact keys.
First-touch, last-touch, position-based or data-driven, picked for your sales cycle and documented with its trade-offs.
Offline conversions and closed revenue from the CRM matched back to the campaigns that started them.
Dashboards for leadership and channel owners, each with definitions visible next to the numbers.
Holdout and geo tests where the data allows, to check what the model claims.
Fewer arguments about whose number is right.
We join the sources you already pay for before adding anything new.
Every ecosystem, five ways in
Definitions first, dashboards last.
Questions, metrics, definitions and the attribution model agreed with leadership.
Sources audited, UTMs fixed and data joined in your CRM or warehouse.
Dashboards built and checked against the source systems.
A regular review rhythm, with assumptions revisited as the data improves.

A few things worth discussing before your reporting project takes shape.
A marketing attribution agency connects ad, website and CRM data to show which channels and campaigns contribute to leads and revenue. At Stega that covers reporting requirements, data connections, choosing an attribution model, closing the loop with CRM revenue and building dashboards.
The right marketing attribution model depends on your sales cycle. Short, single-visit purchases suit last-touch. Long B2B cycles suit position-based or data-driven models. No model is the truth. Pick one, document its limits and use it consistently, so trends stay comparable.
Ad platforms report more conversions than your CRM because each platform credits itself for any conversion it touched, using its own attribution window. Add the platforms together and one sale is counted several times. A single CRM-based view counts each sale once.
Cost depends on the number of data sources, the state of your UTMs and CRM data, and whether a data warehouse is needed. A short audit tells you which of those applies.
Most of the time goes into fixing source data, such as missing UTMs or unmatched CRM records. The dashboards themselves are quick once the data is clean, and we build them in the tools you already use.
Marketing attribution is still possible with cookie consent limits, but it is less complete. Consent mode modelling, CRM-based matching and incrementality tests fill some of the gap. We mark what is measured and what is modelled, so nobody treats an estimate as a fact.
