Hydrogen reads products and carts through the Storefront API, keeps Shopify's checkout and usually runs on Shopify's Oxygen hosting. Does Shopify Hydrogen help SEO?
Shopify Hydrogen supports strong SEO because pages render on the server with full control of markup, metadata and structured data. The risk sits in the switch: URLs, redirects and sitemaps the theme handled automatically must be rebuilt. We validate all of it on staging before launch.
